Our approach supports your body’s natural healing ability by removing interference in the nervous system and addressing the root cause of discomfort. In addition to manual adjustments, we utilize a variety of tools and techniques - including activator methods, electric stimulation, heat and cold therapy, rehabilitative exercises, Class 3 cold laser therapy, and more - to personalize each treatment for your specific needs. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic discomfort, or seeking improved posture and performance, our care is designed to help you move better, feel better, and live better.

Nutrition

What is Nutritional Therapy? The formula for reclaiming health and restoring the body’s natural function with bio- individualized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

The 5 Foundations of Health

The 5 Foundations of Health are at the root of both health and disease. When these areas of a person’s life are balanced and nourished to function optimally, health flows naturally. When these areas are imbalanced or deficient, the door for disease opens wider:

Nutrient-Dense Diet:

Whole, thoughtfully prepared foods are a source of joy and nourish the body with the nutrients it

needs to thrive. Digestion:

What we eat has little impact if we can’t digest and absorb the nutrients. Proper digestive

function is essential for the health of every cell and system.

Blood Sugar:

From energy balance, metabolism, and inflammation to hormone production and mental health,

blood sugar regulation is crucial to maintaining wellness.

Sleep:

Adequate, quality sleep is essential for optimal physiological and cognitive function.

Stress:

We cannot always control our stressors, but managing our response to stress has profoundly

positive physical and mental impacts on health. Why are Nutritional Therapy Practitioners Needed?

Preventable chronic disease and poor health have become a rising epidemic, leaving many feeling hopeless. Our communities need to know that a diagnosis or symptoms don’t mark the

end of the road.

Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (NTPs) transform lives by addressing the root causes of health challenges with bio-individual protocols, bridging the gap between conventional medicine and preventive care, and empowering individuals to achieve lasting vitality and sustainable wellness.
